Park Avenue Physical Therapy recognizes the importance of maintaining the safety and health of all patients and staff during this time.
APPOINTMENTS IN-OFFICE
We are adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines of social distancing by spreading out appointment times in addition to ensuring frequent cleaning and sanitizing. We have also adjusted our office schedule to limit traffic as much as possible. Our current office schedule is as follows:
Monday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday: By Appointment Only
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: By Appointment Only
Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
TELEHEALTH
In addition, we are offering Telehealth appointments when possible. Telehealth allows patients to connect with one of our PTs over a secure, video-call system from their smartphone, tablet, or computer from the comfort of their home.
Either method can be scheduled by calling our office at 631-427-7600 or by requesting an appointment online.
IN-HOME VISITS
Lastly, we are seeing patients in the comfort of their own homes when possible. By doing so, we are able to limit traffic in our office as well as reduce the number of interactions had by each patient.
